Meet the Staff

Britni received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at Louisiana School of Dentistry in 2004. Since graduating, she has been employed with Dr. Dooley as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Britni is constantly expanding her dental knowledge in order to provide patients with an optimal as well as an educational experience. She has volunteered at local schools for dental health month and career day.

Ronell joined Dr. Dooley's team in October of 2007. She is a native of Plaquemine, a graduate of St. John High School and a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans where she received a Bachlor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Ronell also received an award for Excellence from the Department of Community and Preventative Dentistry. She continues to give back to the community by visiting young children in schools and educating them on dental health. Ronell also volunteers for career days at local schools and attends continuing education courses regularly to stay current on the advancements in dentistry. In her spare time, Ronell enjoys exercising, working in her yard, and most of all spending time with her family.

Nancy has been in the dentistry for over 26 years and has been with Dr. Dooley for 11 years. Nancy's primary duties include:

• Initial patient assessment
• Chair side assistance to Dr. Dooley
• Maintaining dental laboratory and dental supply inventory
• Dental model impresssions
• Radiography
• Implementing infection control protocol.

Summer has been with Dr. Dooley since 2013. Summer's primary duties include:

• Initial patient assessment
• Chair side assistance to Dr. Dooley
• Maintaining dental laboratory
• Dental model impressions
• Radiography
• Implementing infection control protocol
• Assisting with all front desk duties.

Lisette has been with Dr. Dooley's practice since 2004. She graduated from St. Joseph Academy and she received a Bachlor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University.  Lisette's primary responsibilities include:

• Processing insurance billings.
• Insurance verification and communication to staff and patients regarding insurance coverage.
• Coordinating and processing payments from insurance carriers and trouble-shooting payment related issues.
• Outlining treatment plans by presenting patients with dental options, including providing payment plan options.
• Answering patient questions concerning treatment plans/insurance coverage.

Jennifer's primary duties include:

• Patient and staff support and communication, as well as handling communications with dental specialist. 
• Collecting, entering, and maintaining patient data.
• Patient scheduling and schedule maintenance for Dr. Dooley and Dental Hygienists.
• Coordinating treatment plans and payment plan options.
